What’s Happening:

    • Party starts at 19:00 (don’t worry if you are early, grab a drink downstairs first)

    • Food will be served at 19:30.  Let me know if you have any dietary requirements when you RSVP.

    • DJ will playing some bangers all night!  Feel free to request songs you’d like to hear.

 
Getting There:

    • A coach from Haywards Heath will be available.  Sign up for the coach when you RSVP (there are limited spaces).  It will leave Haywards Heath at 18:40 and returning at 23:20. I’ve appointed a Coach Monitor who will meet you at the pickup point to check your name off the list and get you on the coach. Pickup point to be confirmed later.

    • Driving – Parking in Cuckfield is very limited, so please consider parking at Haywards Heath Station (RH16 1DJ) and taking the coach, or a taxi.  Haywards Heath is easily accessible from the A23.

    • Train – Haywards Heath has a regular train service to / from London, Brighton and the South Coast run by Thameslink, Southern or Gatwick Express (you need a specific ticket for this train).  Please note, if you are travelling by train, Haywards Heath is not in an Oyster Zone and contactless payment via a card or apple pay is not accepted.

    • Taxi – If the coach schedule doesn’t work, consider booking a taxi (around £45 for a return trip from Haywards Heath Station.  Here are some local taxi companies:

        • Uber is also available.

        • Taxis are also available in the station forecourt, you’ll need this if you miss the bus.

 
Accommodation:

If you fancy staying over, here are some suggestions. Many of the places listed below include free parking.

CUCKFIELD:

    • Ockenden Manor (Ockenden Manor Hotel & Spa – Cuckfield, West Sussex). This is the closest hotel to the venue (about a 6 minute walk) and also the most expensive hotel in the area.  Prices start at £280 a night based on 2 adults.  This does not include breakfast but does include parking.

    • Peeler Bed and Breakfast (Airbnb). This is located in the village and is a short walk from the venue.  It includes free parking and breakfast.  It’s about £111 per night.  There are 2 rooms here and there is a shared bathroom between the rooms.

    • Wheatsheaf pub (Hotel – The Wheatsheaf Inn & Hotel). Please call this venue to book. Rooms are available from £55 and include breakfast.  Free parking is available onsite.  It’s about a 10 minute walk to the venue.

HAYWARDS HEATH:

    • Premier Inn Haywards Heath (Premier Inn hotels | Book direct). This is very close to Haywards Heath train station and does have some limited (chargeable) parking on site.  Haywards Heath train station multistorey is just across the road for more parking.  It’s about £140 a night.

    • The Old Forge B&B (The Old Forge – Haywards Heath. A lovely little B&B which is about a 10 minute walk from the train station.  Rates start at about £55 for single occupancy, there is parking available onsite, and breakfast is included.

    • Hidden Home (Airbnb). A modern apartment within a 5 minute walk to the station.  It has free onsite parking and a level 2 EV charger.

What else do you need to know?

    • The Hayloft has its own bar (drinks are not included).  You can also get drinks downstairs in the pub.

    • This is primarily an adult event, so please leave the little ones at home.

    • Wear whatever makes you feel fabulous or at least comfortable as you’ll be dancing all night!
    • There will be glow sticks, but if you have anything else that lights up or flashes, feel free to bring them along.

    • Smoking is not allowed on the premises of the bar (including the outside area), please smoke on the street.
